THE CLIENT AND THE CHALLENGE

Readbug is a digital magazine platform – an exciting startup, tipped to be the first truly digital platform for digital magazines. We met them at the end of their successful crowdfunding round, when they enlisted our help to reassess their branding and target audience. Utilising our digital visioning approach and the BARDS principles of storytelling, we ran a series of workshops, establishing a structured system and applying it to an evolving strategy aimed to reach the ideal audience positioning.

THE RESULTS

By defining every step in depth, we came up with a new branding and logo, and we elaborated a long-term editorial plan to promote the platform to new audiences. Now, after a successful second funding round, Readbug has been accurately repositioned, and we are proud to see them launching new key partnerships with leading international magazines.
