THE CLIENT AND THE CHALLENGE
Del Toro is an international luxury lifestyle brand based out of Miami, Florida. Originally a menswear brand, Del Toro now produces shoes and accessories for both men and women. DT got in touch with BARDS, requesting a complete overhaul of their e-commerce experience. Our Strategy and UX team performed an extensive review of DT’s website and e-commerce platforms, analysing data and traffic flows. We also audited the marketplace, running a gap-analysis to understand the industry’s best practices. Not seeking to trash existing investment, we sought to re-purpose existing content and material and also identify untapped opportunities that could take DT into new territories beyond a fashion brand.
